On the top portion is a horseshoe shaped hanger and is connected by rivets to each individual straps. When you examine the oak leaf branches and acorns design, the detail is beautiful. Some of the original finish still remains on the hangers hardware. The reverse side of the horseshoe is marked D.R.G.M and has a neat pebbled texture design. Each bullion straps is bright and there are no lose threads. Both of the pull down clips still are functional with proper strength an tension in the springs. On the reverse, the velvet is void of any major wear spots or problems, and is still soft. You just don’t see Horseshoe hangers that often don’t miss out. $250.00

    This offering is for an excellent 3rd Reich period Deutsches Jaeger game warden’s badge. The stamped brass shield features the organizations logo of the skull of a stag with up swept antlers, with overhead starburst and swastika. While the obverse does exhibit some wear to antique silver finish, it doesn’t detract from the beauty of this badge. At the base of the shield is this game warden’s membership number; 15338. On the reverse in relief is the Hoffstatter company name and address. As shown the pin and catch are in good order, and function properly. And as a extra little touch, a neat little chain which is part of this badge is shown at the top of the shield. An excellent 3rd Reich era game warden’s badge.     $225.00

      This beautiful DJ veterans association pin is in gorgeous condition. The oval disc has excellent green enamel, on which the DJ stag skull with flowing upward antlers is shown in relief. Centered above the stag and between the horns is a starburst cross and gold crown. The gold lettering signifies that this award was given out for a 1936 shooting completion held for veteran members of the Deutsches Jaeger. The reverse features a pin back clasp, 935 stamp, and engraved for 100 meters distance. A gorgeous shooting competition pin. $200.00

In light of the fact that the silvering has eroded somewhat, the swastika and dedication for loyal membership is still intact. As is the gilt skull of a stag, cross, and crown emblems. $150.00

                    Offering a nice cased Luftwaffe Pilot’s badge manufactured by Grebrüder Wegerhoff of Lüdenscheid. This quality badge is constructed out of 2 piece die struck nickel silver / Tombak, with black burnishing and silver plated highlights. The obverse featuring a beautiful detailed eagle in flight holding a swastika in it’s talons, is tightly riveted to a wreath of laurel leaves. The slightly vaulted reverse shows the correct hardware for this manufacture, consisting of the hinge, pin and catch. In the center of the reverse of the eagle are the letters for this awards firm, GWL. This badge is accompanied by it’s case constructed out of wood and pressed cardboard, all covered by blue simulated leather. The lid of the case is stenciled in gold letters to read; Luftwaffe Flugzeugführer – Abzeichen. The blue flocked cardboard interior does show some age and wear, though still intact and present. Finally, the hinge, button and catch assembly of the case work properly. An excellent cased Luft pilot’s badge assembly, by a premier manufacture.   $995.00
